Delta Management Company screens applications thoroughly and follows strict guidelines before accepting applicants.

Our industrial and commercial properties do not allow for companies of the follow categories to reside in our units: marijuana or cannabis related businesses, automotive work, stonework, or event space rental companies.

All applications, whether on paper or online have a $55.00 non-refundable credit and background screening fee per applicant over 18. All applicants over 18 must fill out their own application.

Applicants, if filling out a paper-application, must bring a signed form to our office with valid identification and pay the $55.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant in person. (Check or money order is preferred.)

If you are filling out an online application instead, please just read the application carefully, and on the last page of the online application form there will be a section for you to fill in your payment details to pay the $55.00 application fee.

If you have already been shown one of Delta Management's residential properties, and are ready to apply for it, you can do so below. Please do not apply for a residential property you have not been shown by one of our property managers or staff.

In addition, our residential applicants must comply with all parts of our Criteria for Tenancy document before we will consider them for a lease. Please read this document before applying for any residential property.
